Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping costs $12 USD for orders below $138 USD. Shipping is free at $138 USD or more.

The threshold is based on your merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding taxes and duties. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery availability and the final shipping charge.

Delivery updates

Available delivery options are shown at checkout. If you need delivery by a particular date, please email support@taowards.com before placing your order.

Use the order-status link in your confirmation email to check available shipment and tracking updates. If your address needs correcting, your parcel is delayed, or tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate it, contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can investigate.
