Refund policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. This return window also applies to discounted items.

Item condition

Keep the item and its original packaging complete and intact. For returns unrelated to a quality issue, the item must be in good condition.

Return shipping

• Quality issues: TaoWards covers the return shipping cost.
• Other reasons: the customer pays the return shipping cost.

How to request a return

Email support@taowards.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason. If there is a quality issue, describe it and include photos when available.

Please contact us for return instructions and the return address before sending your item.

After your return arrives

We will inspect the returned item and contact you about your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider determines when the refund appears in your account.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.
