These terms apply to your use of the TaoWards online store and to orders placed with TaoWards. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to offer our products and process purchases.

Using our store

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders or use content in a way that infringes another person's rights.

Products and prices

Product details, available options and prices appear on the relevant product page. Images may look different across screens; dimensions and weights are approximate where stated. Please ask us about any detail you need before ordering.

Taoist and other cultural meanings are offered as background and personal inspiration. Our jewelry does not guarantee protection, health, wealth or other outcomes and is not a medical product. Collection artwork illustrates a theme; refer to each product listing for the actual item and included accessories.

The currency displayed at checkout applies to your purchase. Review the delivery options and applicable charges before submitting your order. We may correct listing errors and will contact you if a material error affects an order you have placed, giving you the choice to accept the correction or cancel for a refund.

Orders and delivery

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment depends on payment authorization, availability and a supported delivery address. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled items.

For supported United States addresses, standard shipping is $12 USD when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is below $138 USD, and free at $138 USD or more. Taxes and duties do not count toward the threshold. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns, cancellations and product issues

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, including discounted items. Item-condition requirements and return shipping costs are explained in our Return Policy.

For a cancellation, address change or product issue, email support@taowards.com with your order number and relevant details. Contacting us does not by itself confirm that an order has been canceled or changed; we will check its fulfillment status and explain the available next steps.

Nothing in these terms limits any return, refund or other consumer rights that apply by law. A change to these terms will not remove rights attached to a purchase already made.

Email subscriptions and offers

Submitting the newsletter form signs you up for TaoWards marketing emails, including new products, stories and offers. Subscription is optional and is not required to make a purchase. You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.

Any offer will state its own eligibility, expiry and exclusions. Signing up alone does not promise a particular discount or gift. Offers may not combine unless their stated terms allow it.

Privacy and other websites

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and the choices available to you. Other websites linked from our store operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

Content and updates

Store content belongs to TaoWards or its respective rights holders. Personal browsing does not grant permission to commercially reproduce protected content. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with an updated date; changes apply prospectively.
